A Little Thank You Goes a Long Way!

Do you remember when you were a child and you received a treasured Birthday or Holiday gift? Of course you do! Those magical childhood memories stay with us forever. Do you also remember what your Mother always told you to do when you received that gift? Ah, yes, the dreaded Thank You card. No matter how much begging and pleading you did, it was no use. You had to write that darned note, the price of being the recipient of a treasured baseball glove, a shiny new bicycle or a cute baby doll! Oh, the pain we had to endure before we were allowed to enjoy our newly bestowed gifts!

Now that we are "all grown up" we realize that our Moms did us a huge favor in teaching us to show our thanks in a tangible, written manner. It serves us well in the business world to convey our gratitude to our employees and clients, and in our personal world to our friends and families.

When we send a Thank You card to an employee for a job well done, or to a client for doing business with us, it leaves a lasting impression that we value them, respect them and are grateful to them for all they have done for us. Thank You cards are a wonderful gift to the recipient; they foster goodwill and help nurture both business and personal relationships. As such, the benefits are undeniable.
